Under OBBBA's Medicaid work requirements, medically frail enrollees are exempt — but states check their own data first and decide whose documentation counts. medfrail.com gives a client a dated record kept on their own device, and nothing is charged. A physician-signed attestation is planned and not open yet.
In Arkansas's 2018 pilot, 95% of the people who lost coverage were working, exempt, or both.They failed the paperwork — not the requirement. Documentation that exists when the state checks is the fix.Colorado checks its own records first. Its Medicaid agency plans to let members self-attest to medical frailty in 2027, so a client may not need a review this year. From 2028, self-attestation counts once per enrollment period. medfrail is for the person who gets a documentation request they can’t answer in time.
What the client gets
Today: a dated, printable Medical Frailty Baseline Record on their own phone, and a practice run of the call to the Medicaid office. Nothing is sent; nothing is charged.
Planned, not open: a physician reviews the record and signs an attestation citing the federal criterion, or declines it with the reason in writing. No turnaround is promised.
The state decides what it accepts. Many look to the treating provider first, so the client should ask the state before relying on any document.

For any client, today:medfrail.com/baseline builds a dated Medical Frailty Baseline Record on the client's own phone — condition, function, work capacity, records checklist — and prints it. Nothing is transmitted. Rebuild it every three months so the 2028 verification meets a dated trail, not a story.
The client needs about 10 minutes and a phone. Before they call the office, medfrail.com/practice rehearses the call: the form, the deadline, a confirmation number. Physician review is planned; when it opens, a physician signs only if the record supports it, and says plainly if it does not.
